OCC Support Services and the OCC System Registry useOption one: |

| To use the OCC System Registry site: | ||
| Go to OCC's Support Site and enter your User ID and Password to login and view your system configuration and support service options. The OCC System Registry site allows you to view the configuration of your system at the time of purchase. Configuration information includes component information, and pointers to available drivers and upgrades. The information provided would not include any updates to the system that you may have subsequently made and not yet registered with OCC System Registry. Links are provided when user manuals, driver downloads and further information is available. The service and support links display a listing of the service and support options included in your system, and the expiration date for these options. |

| Option two: Contact an OCC support technician by phone (510) 208-2944 who has your system information and history. The OCC support technician will quickly determine if email or telephone support will meet your need, or if a site visit is required. If a site visit is appropriate, an appointment will be made during the business week within 24 hours of an OIT or end user request when possible. |
